Siempre que se exporte e importe atún rojo capturado y destinado a engorde, los Estados miembros comunicarán a la Comisión los números y la fecha de los documentos estadísticos previstos en el Reglamento n° (CE) 1984/2003 del Consejo, de 8 de abril de 2003, por el que se establece un régimen de control estadístico del atún rojo, el pez espada y el patudo(3), en la Comunidad, que deberán validar, así como el tercer país de destino declarado.
For exports and imports of bluefin tuna intended for fattening Member States shall send the Commission the numbers and dates of the statistical documents indicated in Council Regulation (EC) No 1984/2003 of 8 April 2003 introducing a system for the statistical monitoring of trade in bluefin tuna, swordfish and bigeye tuna within the Community(3) validated by them and state the third country of destination declared.
