Se trata de actos de corrupción cometidos tanto por funcionarios comunitarios o nacionales como, bajo ciertas condiciones, por ministros, parlamentarios nacionales, miembros de los máximos órganos jurisdiccionales o del respectivo Tribunal de Cuentas, miembros de la Comisión, del Parlamento Europeo, del Tribunal de Justicia y del Tribunal de Cuentas de las Comunidades Europeas, en el ejercicio de sus funciones.
This refers to acts of corruption committed both by Community or national officials and, under certain conditions, by Ministers, members of national parliaments, members of the highest courts and the courts of auditors, and members of the Commission, the European Parliament, the Court of Justice and the Court of Auditors of the European Communities respectively in the exercise of their duties.
