Expresa su profunda preocupación por el resultado de los debates presupuestarios de la décima sesión de la Asamblea de los Estados Partes, celebrada entre el 12 y el 21 de diciembre de 2011, que podría dejar a la Corte infrafinanciada; lamenta profundamente que algunos Estados europeos Partes en el Estatuto
de Roma presionaran para lograr la aprobación de un presupuesto de crecimiento cero o de un presupuesto inferior, y que la Asamblea no acordara aportar a la Corte los recursos suficientes para cum
plir eficazmente su mandato judicial ...[+++] y aplicar justicia de modo sólido, justo, eficaz y significativo; pide a los Estados miembros que demuestren en la Asamblea un apoyo firme al funcionamiento de la CPI, y que rechacen las propuestas de crecimiento nominal cero del presupuesto de la CPI, ya que minaría su capacidad para cumplir su mandato
judicial y responder a nuevas situaciones;

Expresses its deep concern over the outcome of the budget discussions of the 10th session of the Assembly of State Parties (ASP) on 12-21 December 2011, which threatened to leave the Court underfunded; deeply regrets that some European States Parties to the Rome Statute push for the adoption of a zero growth budget/lower budget, and that the Assembly did not agree to provide the Court with sufficient resources to effectively
fulfil its judicial mandate and deliver justice in a robust, fair, effective and meaningful manner; calls on the Member States to show robust support for the functioning of the Court at the
