A ese respecto, considero que la ponente tiene razón y que debemos seguir la posición común, dado que, por un lado, no proscribe la remuneración, que es esencial en algunos casos para suplir la escasez, pero, por otro lado, incentiva las donaciones voluntarias e incluso permite que algunos Estados miembros vayan más lejos en la formulación de normas más rígidas que incluso pueden impedir la importación de productos sanguíneos que no sigan dichas normas.
With regard to this issue, I would say that the rapporteur is right and that we should stick to the common position since, on the one hand, it does not ban remuneration, which is essential in some cases in order to overcome shortages, but, on the other, encourages voluntary donations and even allows some Member States to go further by defining more rigid rules that could even prevent the import of blood products that do not adhere to these rules.
