Comunidad Europea, Considerando que la evolución demográfica hace preocupante en la mayoría de los países europeos la situación de los trabajadores de edad avanzada en lo que se refiere al empleo; Considerando que dicha evolución tendrá consecuencias económicas y sociales importantes respecto
