Señala que los reiterados ataques jurídicos a las estructuras y normas del deporte, así como las prácticas ilegales de determinados agentes, han creado grave preocupación, cuando una mayor seguridad jurídica permitiría a todas las partes interesadas aprovechar mejor las ventajas que ofrece el mercado interior; recomienda que se establezca una certificación europea de los agentes de jugadores que permita su control;
5. Notes that the recurrence of legal challenges to the structures and rules of sport and of illicit practices by certain agents has created great concern, while greater legal certainty would help all actors involved to make better use of the advantages that the internal market provides; recommends the introduction of European certification for players’ agents to enable them to be regulated;
