1. Si la legislación del Estado miembro competente requiere que la persona asegurada presente un certificado para poder percibir prestaciones en metálico por incapacidad laboral de conformidad con el artículo 21, apartado 1, del Reglamento de base, la persona asegurada pedirá al médico del Estado miembro de residencia que certificó su estado de salud que certifique su incapacidad laboral así como la duración probable de la misma.
