ación del pliego de condiciones quedará supeditada a la existencia para las autoridades competentes de la garantía, obtenida tras el examen detenido de los componentes contemplados en
el apartado 1, del funcionamiento correcto y fiable del sistema de etiquetad
o previsto y, sobre todo, del sistema de control de éste. Las autoridades competentes rechazarán
todo pliego de condicione
