El segundo peligro, que verdaderamente considero muy fuerte, es que, para algunos regímenes políticos, la lucha, y no son los Estados europeos los que se ven afectados, sino que somos nosotros los que nos vemos afectados en nuestras relaciones con estos países, para algunos países que cuentan con regímenes duros, pues bien existe la tentación de confundir lucha contra el terrorismo con lucha contra los opositores democráticos del país, contra la oposición del país.
